It works very well to support the knee in sports such as padel, tennis and soccer. It is a little bigger than we thought, but it can be adjusted well thanks to the velcro it has.
I was shocked and surprised to find it is doing what it promised and that was to stabilize the knee and provide support on the sides of the knee.
I had a dislocated knee and needed a brace for walking. This one fit the bill all summer for walking no problem, was comfortable and it did support the knee.
The brace is lighter and very open. There is nothing going across my knee cap. My knee cap can move freely. I get some support, and a decent range of motion which allows me to gently do stairs.
I wore it all day and didn't even realize I was wearing a brace! It is super comfortable and the back of my knee did not sweat, like many of the pull-on versions of the knee brace.
