30-Day Money Back Guarantee
Overview:
Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of purchase, with the exception of customized products/gift-wrapped products/corporate purchases/bulk orders, which may not be refunded. (Note: Ordering more than 10 products will be considered a bulk order.)
The refund process will begin once the returned merchandise is sent back to the Atercel warehouse for inspection.
Description:
- Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- For non-quality-related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs and Atercel refunds the cost of the product itself.
- Refund requests for non-quality issues cannot be processed for items that have exceeded this 30-day period.
Process:
- To start a return, prepare your proof of purchase (original order notification email and order id), you can contact us at service@atercel.com .
- If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues
Overview:
Items sold directly by Atercel are covered by an extensive warranty for all quality-related defects for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Process:
- To start a return, prepare your proof of purchase (original order notification email and order id) and visible evidence describing the defect, you can contact us at service@atercel.com .
- If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- For quality-related warranty claims, the item will be replaced with a factory refurbished model of equal value when available, otherwise a new item will be sent. If replacement is not possible, Atercel will provide a partial refund based on the age of the device.
- All replacement products will be warranted for the same period as the original defective product or for 3 months after replacement, whichever is longer. After a full refund, the product warranty is void.
Situation:
Buyers must pay shipping costs in the following cases:
- Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect
- Warranty claims for items purchased outside of the original country of purchase
- Costs associated with unauthorized returns
Not covered by warranty in the following cases:
- Free products
- External damage or product misuse
- Lost or stolen products
- Items that are out of warranty
- Non-quality related issues after 30 days of purchase
- Products without sufficient proof of purchase
