Where does Atercel ship to?

North America: United States, Canada, Mexico

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

 

Processing time: 2-3 Business days

(Once we receive your order, we will start processing the shipment. )

 

Shipping Time: 5-10 Business days

(Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. )

 

How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are 2.99 USD.

When the checkout amount exceeds 25.00 USD or the equivalent amount in other currencies, you will receive free shipping.

 

Do I need to pay customs duties or taxes?

For shipments to Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Turkey, all customs duties, VAT, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in your order total. The carrier will contact you directly to arrange payment before the package can be cleared and delivered. Please check your local customs regulations for specific rates.

Any loss, delay, or additional cost caused by the recipient's failure to complete customs clearance (including but not limited to non-payment of duties/taxes, failure to provide required identification, or refusal to accept delivery) shall be borne by the recipient.

 

How do I check the status of my package?

Why hasn't my tracking information been updated yet?

When you receive the tracking information, it means your package has been shipped. Detailed progress information is provided by the carrier, and it usually takes half a day to start updating the status of the package.

If you encounter any delivery-related issues, we kindly ask you to try to contact the carrier directly for further information, which will be the quickest way.

  

Can I change the shipping address after my package is shipped?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping method once the product is in transit, but you can cancel the order within 60 minutes and then re-order with accurate details.

(*Please note: If the customer cancels the order more than 60 minutes after placing the order, the customer must bear any return shipping costs that may be incurred. If the customer provides an incorrect address and the package is lost or cannot be found, the customer shall bear the loss. Atercel will not replace the order or refund.)

 

I ordered multiple items. Will they be delivered at the same time?

We try to ensure that all items are delivered at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together because different shipping methods may be used depending on the product. You will receive a shipping notification email after the item is shipped.
